Hi there Paper House Fans! I love taking a collection and making a bunch of cards from it! Christine joining you today with 8 Christmas Cards made from the Home For Christmas Collection! Here’s a look at the cards!
Good morning, everyone! Today we’re giving you a sneak peek of our brand new “everyday” 3D Shimmers! Just like our Christmas and Halloween 3D Shimmers, each design incorporates LED lights that sparkle and shine for 15 to 30 seconds at a time. Their multi-layered construction and beautiful foil and glitter embellishments make them impressive pieces that can be used in many ways! Embellish a gift, hang up as decoration, use in a craft project, or use your imagination to come up with even more ways to use 3D Shimmers!
These innovative and adorable designs are perfect for all of life’s happy moments… birthdays, baby showers, celebrations, or just to express love and appreciation! Each 3D Shimmer has an easy-on push button and a ribbon if you’d like to hang it. Each one is a unique embellishment that adds fun and excitement wherever you choose to put them!
I wanted to create a mini pocket album and added photos in the pockets of these cuties. I wanted to use Halloween photos in the album.
The chipboard album was created on my Silhouette Cameo using a cut file that I purchased online designed by Lori Whitlock. After I cut out the album on chipboard, it was time to go ahead and embellish it with lots of papers, stickers, puffy stickers and diecut stickers from the Where The Wild Things Are Paper Crafting Kit. Here are some closeups of each page.
This was so fun to create and it will make a perfect gift for anyone.
Have you ever been to Vegas? I love it there, so much to see and do! Friends and I went out there for Spring Break this year and took in a lot of free stuff, of course we did do a bit of gambling while there also.
Lisa here today to share a fun Vegas layout with you.
I started my layout out by adding Gesso to my background paper. Once that was dry, I added some watercolor. The Gesso helps in mixing the watercolors better and also toned down the words a bit. I added some of the Footprints Paper behind my photo and added some stitching. I added the “Say yes to adventure” tag to the right of my photo and added the fun “awesome” cork sticker and 3D cards sticker. I also added a cluster of hearts I cut on my Cameo.
I added a strip of the France Tags paper to the top of my page and stitched in place. I also added a sticker popped up with foam tape and one of the Puffy Butterflies.
For my title, I used the “hello” rub-on and cut the “Las Vegas” from my Cameo. I also added a bunch of messy stitching in this area as well.
I love this fun Puffy Camera Sticker! It was perfect for this page.
Check out that “Love it!” cork sticker! Yup, I love that too! And whats a Vegas layout without dice? I added a few strips of papers down on the bottom of the layout using the Discover Tags Paper and the Italian Words Paper.
If you have some travel pages to scrap, these goodies that I used are perfect. Go checkout the store!
Hey there, crafters! This morning, we’re revealing our brand new Sticker Craft Sets, which are a simple way to complete beautiful projects. Each kit contains three 10″x12″ self-adhesive sheets, a 3D sticker, and an alphabet sticker. Sticker Craft Sets are available in three great designs: Old World Travel, Baby Boy, and Baby Girl. Not only do they coordinate with our Old World, Baby Boy, and Baby Girl Flipbooks, but the two baby sets even match the new Hello Baby collection (boy and girl) from last week’s Sneak Peek; they’re perfect to carry on the theme!
You can use the large sticker sheets to cover monogram letters, boxes, cards, frames, or anything else you can think of! They stick to basically any smooth, dry, clean surface such as wood, paper, plastic, or ceramic. When you initially place them down, they’re very forgiving in case you need to try again… they don’t become permanently stuck until you burnish them! Once you have your base down, the coordinating stickers are perfect to embellish, creating any sort of project you can dream up!
Hi everyone, Melissa here with an Old World flipbook album by Paper House. This was a lot of fun to do, it brought back the most wonderful memories of our trip of a lifetime. I went to England along with several members of my family – It was wonderful seeing so many thrilling sites!
To make this album I started by painting on gauze and watercolor paper, then including them in the album with photos and stickers. These kinds of albums are one of my favorite off the page items to make. I love to embellish them with a variety of things: tags with ribbons through eyelets, chipboard, metal pieces, and of course the photos.
Here are some of the mixed media items I added, they remind me of the ocean, which I thought fit well with a lot of the photos in the album:
I started with heavy gesso and then added gauze. Next up was more gesso, texture paste, micro beads, gesso, then watercolors. I used a heat gun before and after the paint layers.
Good morning, everyone! Here we are… another Monday morning, and another week of Sneak Peeks! This week, we’re featuring brand new crafting products that make great projects for beginners and experienced crafters alike. First up are the DIY Paper Craft Punch Out Project Pads!
Project Pads are available in four themes: Feathers, Butterflies, Box Signs, and Hearts. Each pad contains 36 sheets of cardstock with gorgeous patterns, colors, and foil details. What sets these apart from regular paper pads is that every page is full of diecut shapes. Once they’re punched out, they’re all ready to go… no drawing, tracing, or cutting necessary!
There is a variety of sizes and shapes of diecuts scattered throughout the pad, so you’ll have plenty of options for your projects. There are hundreds of shapes in each pad, so you can make large-scale projects or many smaller ones. To get your ideas flowing, we’ve included an introduction sheet with lots of in-use photos and instructions for a project using the diecuts.
The sky is the limit with these Project Pads. They are perfect for wall art, wreaths, mobiles, card making, party favors, tablescaping, mini-albums, traditional scrapbooking, and anything else you can dream up!
