Stephanie Muzullin Project Recap

Stephanie is our resident Off the Page Project Queen!  She does cards, planners, travelers notebooks, mini albums…all things non-scrapbooking!  She brought us tons of inspiration in the last half of 2018!

Planner Ideas

Stephanie actually started her time with us on our PR team as a full blown planner.  It was there that we discovered her equally amazing crafting skills that went beyond planning.  That said, we wouldn’t want to skip over some of her planner inspiration today!

*{You’ll flip over PHP’s Nautical Flip Album!}*

shannonHi! Hope this post finds you well, Shannon here sharing a *{FLIP ALBUM}* post with you…specifically the Nautical Flip Album! Guys, sometimes less is more, and perfectly elegant…this is incredibly hard for me to admit because I am a fill the page scrapper! These Flip Albums are wonderful. You don’t need to gunk them up with a bunch of embellishments! They are stand alone awesome!

I used the Nautical Flip Album to document my kids sacraments, they made their 1st Communion later than most and Paddy made his Confirmation a mere month later. I didn’t have my camera, because I was helping with the mass, so my pictures of the day are scarce. That being said, it doesn’t matter much because the pictures I do have are perfect for the event.

PHP FLIP ALBUM 4.2017, Shannon M.

I love the gold photo corners and clear stickers that came with the flip album. They worked perfectly. I only have a few directional pointers and a sentiment left. I used pretty much every sticker on the sheet provided!

There’s plenty of room for adding notes or journaling, the ink dries so nicely on the paper!

Paddy is pictured here with his Great Uncle Pete who is his Confirmation sponsor, look at how the picture and clear stickers perfectly pop on the red background!

The hidden flaps in the album are my favorite, just when you think you’ve come to the end of the album, there’s another layer.

Creating with Kids – Scrapbook Layout

christine

Hi there Paper House fans!  Christine joining you today with another layout that my daughter and I teamed up to make!  This week we are sharing a church themed layout with a twist!  We actually used the Nautical Paper Pad to create it, so really you could easily turn this layout into a Nautical/Sea themed layout too!

Supply List:

As always we’ve got a video tutorial of us working together on this!  Here it is:

I’d Cross the Ocean for You…

When ever I see a Lighthouse, I think of my sweet Mom. Mom loved all things Lighthouses: Knick knack’s, postcards, t-shirts, sweatshirts, you name it.

Cross the Ocean Card 9050

For this card I used the Nautical Collection:

Card Dimension 9035

My Mom… she’d cross the ocean for you.  She was that kind of Mom.

Card Supplies9011

My Mom was also a card maker and loved using stamps and stickers to make her cards.  Isn’t it great that the supplies we use as Scrapbookers are perfect for creating Quick and Simple cards!?!

Powdering the sticker 9015

One tip that Mom and I learned at a Mrs. Grossman’s class (back in the 90’s) was…to make a sticker non-sticky, apply baby powder on the back of the sticker with a paintbrush. My favorite tip for making dimensional cards.

I would cross the ocean card 9021

We hope you’ve enjoyed our two weeks of card inpiration!  We’ll be back next week with a fresh round of inspiration with some of our newest products!
