Hi there Paper House Fans! Christine joining you today with a scrapbook layout combining the beautiful Be Happy Paper Pad and PenBlades! This paper pad was perfect to do some detail cutting with a PenBlade!
Hello! Samantha with you to share a piece of wall art I created with Paper House’s Travel Craft Set and a PenBlade. We love to travel, so this The World is Wide home decor piece is perfect for my living room wall.
I started my project by printing out my saying on regular computer paper. Then I used a bit of temporary adhesive to help hold my printed words to my sticker sheet. The sticker sheet I picked is one of 3 different printed full sheet stickers that come in the Travel Craft Set. I used my PenBlade to cut out my words. I used the #15 PenBlade because it is super sharp and very thin, which makes it perfect for precision cuts.
I used a bit of transfer tape (like you’d use on decorative vinyl) to transfer my letters to a piece of wood that I stained. You don’t need to uses transfer tape for this step, it just made it a bit faster and easier for me to line ever thing up.
I used some of the 3-d and enamel stickers that come in the Travel Craft Set to decorate my piece. It’s so nice that all the coordinating bits come in one box! Adding dimensional stickers to a flat piece of home decor really helps it pop.
All completed, this The World is Wide home decor piece is a fun way to add a personal touch to your walls. Do you like to travel far and wide? Save
Hello crafty friends, Melinda here with you today! I am sharing a fun layout I created with the Paper House Let Freedom Ring Paper Crafting Kit and some fun PenBlades! For the next couple weeks we’ll be pairing our Paper House products with PenBlades so be sure to check out all the fun!
I designed my template and cut it out of Kraft Cardstock. Once that was cut out, I used my pencil to draw on the opposite side of the paper the pattern.
I then used my pen blade to cut out the layer. The pen blade worked like a charm. I used a self-healing mat underneath and it glided right along with no trouble.
I then used my Xyron Adhesive to adhere the paper to the back side of the template.
Here is a closer view of the template I cut out of Kraft Cardstock. You can see the various layers of the patterned paper I used to follow along the bottom side of the template.
I used several of the cardstock stickers from the collection to adorn this banner.
I combined a couple of the cardstock stickers for some more visual interest.
This terrific cardstock sticker of the USA was also part of the collection. I used some of the alphabet stickers to write my nephew and nieces names.
Here is the FREE template I created that I am sharing with everyone. It is sized at approximately 8.25 x 8.25 so it can be printed on a regular printer and then used with the pen blades. I am sharing the PDF and JPG files!
