All this week our designer’s were challenged to work with a limited amount of products and create boy themed projects. Prepare to have your mind blown when you see what can be done with just a few sheets of patterned paper, one set of 3D stickers, and some Washi Tape!
Carolyn has been waiting YEARS to use these pictures! They could not be a better match with the Boy Mom 3D Sticker Set.
Nicole seamlessly combines 3D stickers and patterned papers to make this selfie layout! We love seeing moms on the scrapbook pages too!
How awesome to see Tara, one of our in house designers, working with the stickers she created! She also made use of this month’s sketch for her layout!
We love how inventive Sara got with her washi tape – using it to back both her title and subtitle!
In house designer Rebecca wanted in on the fun too! She captured her cute cat for this fabulous spin on the challenge!
Another creative use of the washi from Yvette! We love her choice of cut files that help bring that eye into the picture.
Never afraid of a challenge, Terri (our resident cardmaker), totally rocked this layout. You just can’t go wrong with circles!
Finally, Christine also go in on the action. She used this month’s sketch and created this layout for us on our Sunday night Live Craft Session over on Facebook.
We hope you’ve enjoyed this walk thru all these amazing projects! Check out the products by clicking on any of the thumbnails below:
Hello Hello! I’m back today with some more quick, easy projects using the Heart Paper Pad! I simply pulled out my inks, background stamps, and some handy stickers for some details…4 cards in 30 minutes!
Step 1 and 2 – Paint a canvas (any size you like) with a thick, messy coat of heavy white acrylic paint…you want some texture…the more the better! After drying, apply random feathers from the project pad to the canvas, using a removable adhesive (oh, and choose designs you are less likely to want/need for another project)
Steps 3 and 4 – Spray your creation with a heavy coat of gold spray ink so it settles in all the cracks and crannies…leave to dry for at least 24 hours or until completely dry. Remove the feathers to reveal a negative image. Build your home decor piece from there, using more feathers, craft fun foam, and any other little notions you would like. thread, buttons, twine…anything to add interest and texture.
Finish by applying an appropriate quote, saying, or words of your choice. I chose to cut my scripture from black cardstock with my Silhouette but the options for this are endless!
Another great use for his project pad are clean and simple cards…Paired with some stamps, mist, ink, or sewing notions from your craft room can create a striking card in a snap…these two took me 10 min. including drying time!

Hello Hello! I hope you are having a wonderful day! Thank you so much for stopping by to visit the blog! My dear mother recently spent an extended period in the hospital. I decided to create a home decor/art piece that included a photo of all her grandchildren to brighten up her room and then she can hang it in her home in a few weeks when she is discharged. This Wood Plank Home Decor incorporates the beautiful Field Study paper pad to decorate it.
I fussy cut as many butterflies as I could to include on the wood plank. I adhered everything with a mixture of wet glue or glue dots and I added dimension by putting some craft foam behind the butterflies.
I chose patterns and cut apart pieces from the paper pad that showcased the GORGEOUS copper foil in this pad…absolutely stunning!
I hope you enjoyed this project today…and, yes, my mama loved it a bunch!
Hello Hello!..and happy fall y’all! I have a fall Traveler’s Notebook spread with the Autumn Woods collection. It is my favorite season…those deep, rich colors are just gorgeous..I take lots of fall photos and a Traveler’s Notebook is the perfect showcase spot!
I just had to use as many of these adorable fall critters as I could! And the rice paper borders have this amazing copper foil details…pefect for fall!
I wanted to feature this deep burgundy color in my spread and I also wanted to use these copper-flecked epoxy stickers..perfect on a white background!
I hope you have enjoyed this project today! Id love to hear your thoughts on Travelers Notebook? Love them? Tried them? They are a fun little project for me when I want to create just to play with fun products!
