Stargazer Wedding Card

Hello! Samantha here today with a Stargazer wedding card. While Stargazer might not be your first thought when you go to create a wedding card, I’ve found that it can make for a really stunning one. The rich colors and starry motifs can make the perfect background for an elegant wedding card.

Supplies: Stargazer Night Sky Foil Paper, Stargazer Ultra Violet Foil Paper, Eat, Drink, and be Married 3D Stickers, To Have & To Hold Cardstock Multi Pack, White Card Stock, Black Card Stock, Dimensional Adhesive

My cousin is getting married in October, so I needed to make a wedding card. I found out that their wedding color is purple, so I set out to create a purple wedding card. I love the deep shades of purple in Stargazer, so I thought that it just might work.

I chose a mix of both lighter colored sheets of Stargazer and darker ones, but I made sure to crop the paper to really focus on the purple swirls. I used both white and black card stock as a base for the card since Stargazer has both white and black and dark and light elements to it.

To make this card a wedding card (instead of just a really pretty Stargazer card) I added 3D stickers from Eat, Drink, and Be Married. I also used flat stickers from the To Have & To Hold Cardstock Multi Pack.

I love the silver foil accents on the stickers. They add an extra touch that’s just perfect for a special occasion like a wedding.

Have you used Stargazer for any different themed cards or layouts?

Paper House Productions Flip Album Wedding

Here’s what it looks like closed. I love the layers and the printed papers. It also comes with a sheet of stickers and some gold foil photo corners. Makes it all very elegant and SUPER EASY to put together. Some of the papers include foil accents already, so this was really a “no brainer” to coordinate the included photo corners and stickers.

Here it is with the first section lifted up. I added some little white cardstock flowers and leaves. I chose to mat my photos on white cardstock to make them pop a little more.

Wedding Day Flipbook

samantha-taylor-hs-medium-size Hello! Samantha with you today to share a Wedding Day Flipbook. I love creating mini albums, and Paper House’s Flipbooks are right up my alley. They are interactive, have lots of space for chunky, 3D embellishments, and you can fit a ton of photos in them! I used the Wedding Day Flipbook to scrap photos that our friends and family took at our wedding.  These photos are really special to me, as a lot of these photos were taken on actual film. I got married long enough ago that there were no cell phone cameras and only some people had digital cameras.

While the pages in the album are already made from patterned paper, I knew I would want to add my own pops of color and bits of patterned paper to frame photos. The colors and patterns in One Big Happy Family coordinated really well with the colors and patterns that were already a part of the Wedding Day Flipbook.

One Big Happy Family has the bonus of having themes of love and family running throughout it, which makes it perfect for embellishing wedding photos!

I couldn’t scrap all of these photos without some 3D stickers for dimension, too. Using both the Groom 3D stickers, and Reception 3D stickers were an easy choice. They’re wedding themed and pretty neutral in color, so they blended seamlessly with both the Flipbook and One Big Happy Family.

The pockets and flipable pages not only add lots of space for photos, journaling, and memorabilia, but they make these albums super fun to look through, too!

To give you a really good feel for the interactive element of this album, I made a video. Check it out below to see all the details of this Wedding Day Flipbook.

Hello friends! Today I am sharing a layout of my daughter’s wedding day and her beautiful bridesmaids.

Supplies Used For This Layout

I created the layout by using a diagonal design. I wanted to use several photos on my layout so I added some papers from the Flamingo Collection that I cut 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches and added some photos of the special day that I cut 2.25 inches by 2.25 inches.

For my embellishments, I added some 3D stickers from the Sister 3D Stickers, Bridesmaid 3D Stickers and some puffy stickers from the Hummingbirds Puffy Stickers.

I really enjoyed creating this layout.  I hope you enjoy it too.  Thanks for stopping by and be sure to check out the Paper House Productions shop.

Little Bride Layout

Our family is packing up to move out of state and when we came across my wedding dress, my daughter wanted to “try it on.” So try it on she did and we did a little fashion show and took some very fun pictures!  Christine joining you today with a layout about my “little bride.”

Bride Layout

Supply List:

I have been wanting to play with the background paper on this for a long time!  The browns in it were a perfect match with my daughter’s eyes and hair so I took advantage!  The Bride 3D Stickers are gorgeous and full of detail!  Do you see that pretty tulle on the dress!?!

Of course she isn’t really a bride but she was having fun pretending as little girls do.  So I had to use the fun name plate from the sticker set!

I needed something special up top too and the Sisters 3D Stickers did the trick.  The colors coordinated nicely with the other pieces in the layout and the “so sweet” was the perfect added touch!

Have you come up with any unique ways to use wedding stickers? We’d love to see your fun creations on our facebook page!
